TERMS OF SALE:
eBay/Paypal and Amazon collect a 14% sales fee that will be subtracted from the final selling price.
When an item(s) is listed in 7-day auction format, consignor agrees to accept final sales value for an auctioned item(s). Once an item(s) has live bids, it cannot be removed from an auction website. It may take up to 30 days, from the time your item(s) is listed to receive payment for your sold item(s). If the item(s) does not sell via auction format, the item(s) will be relisted at a high-market value as a 10-day fixed priced listing with the option for potential buyer to make an offer (this feature is termed the "Best Offer" feature on most websites.) We will accept the highest best offer as long as it's within 33% of the list price. If the only offer submitted is less than 33% of the listed price we will contact the consignor for approval.
When an item(s) is listed in the fixed-price format , the item(s) will be listed at a high-market value as a 10-day fixed priced listing with the option for potential buyer to make an offer (this feature is termed the "Best Offer" feature on most websites.) If the only offer submitted is less than 33% of the listed price we will contact the consignor for approval. It may take up to 30 days, from the time your item(s) is listed to receive payment for your sold item(s). If the item(s) does not sell via fixed-price format, the items(s) will be re-listed in a no-reserve 7-day auction format with an opening bid of $24.99.
If an item(s) does not sell via auction format or fixed priced listing format, the Consignor has 15 days to pick up their unsold item(s) after being contacted by SellUrStuff.com or it will be donated to the charity of SellUrStuff.com's choice.
The relationship between SellUrStuff.com and the Seller is that of bailor and bailee in which the bailee (Seller) deposits his personal property (Goods) with the bailor (SellUrStuff.com) for the purpose of listing and selling the Goods to third parties through eBay. Nothing contained herein will be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between the parties. SellUrStuff.com recommends consignor to insure valuable item(s) in case of theft or fire.
